"QCOM doesn't make a WCDMA CSM chip that I can find.... "

You seem to be struggling with the english language.

"You seem to be stuck on the American continent... Not a very high percentage of wortldwide wireless users"

History has already proven its not a good idea to make the same flawed assumptions as our Finnish friend Tero of the true nature of US and Asian wireless habits.

My US cablemodem service peaks at 4mb/sec and costs me $60 a month.

Since we can't drive our SUVs and watch phone TV at the same time (not that some don't try), wireless is not our best option.

Thats true. Qualcomm sold their Infrastructure division to Ericsson. Now can you find any MSM chipsets from Qualcomm that support WCDMA???
