LOL! That is NOT a true cut/paste is it? Looks like someone took some editing liberties, with hilarious results. I'm definitely a huge fan of the show. Probaby my favorite show that isn't a cartoon. (South Park, Family Guy, Futurama, Space Ghost or nearly anything else on Adult Swim) Bill demonstrates how to roll a fatty with one hand while driving. In a former life, I could do that, though I always cheated and used a dollar bill. And it has to be a dollar bill. Any other denomination would be as guache as firing it up with a zippo. Edit: A confession of what's likely common assumed knowledge of former illegal drug usage? Yep. Legalize it and tax the hell out of it! Just pot. That or make alcohol illegal. I'm fine either way. And I remember hearing some comedian saying that he really wished Bill Clinton would've said "Hell, yes, I inhaled! Then I chugged the bong water!"
