there is a paid research report from WR Hambrect on yahoo that says "DOJ confusion creates buying opp for Google". I am not going to buy it but I think they are right on. This is not an "expensive case to fight" in the sense that the DOJ vs. MSFT was, it is not a matter of proving what was or wasn't done. No matter what happens regarding the outcome GOOG wins the PR battle. Worse case they have to turn over something and they make a statement that all the personal stuff was erased. PS wow 45pts down on the nas today and I can't see too much to cause this. PPS Gmail has a delete button now, cool. It used to be in the dropdown
