Anyone who knowingly misrepresents for personal gain I believe is unethical and possibly criminal. The business world has delays and mishaps with filings and acquisitions.. and those situations are not to be confused with what I am referring to. However lets just say hypothetically "the worm06" was working for a naked shorter or had some other unethical or immoral intention to drive the stock down, then yes that would be suspect.... and I would guess a violation of many regulatory and legislative restrictions.
