A few years ago, he went overboard in a couple of his insults over the span of a couple of days, and I PMed them to one of the SI Admins and told him to do something about Paul.

The next day, Paul was gone, never to return.

I PMed one of the admins last year saying that I thought Paul had been punished enough and that he should be allowed back, but the admin refused to reinstate him.
