Hamas Gaza leader on john batchelor radio show in NY. He was asked some hard questions. He was pretty hard line re: israel but he did distance his organization from the terror bombing, blaming al aksa and islamic jihad for doing this to delay the elections and the inevitable victory of hamas in gaza. He did intimate that he would talk to israel if elected on day to day stuff but there was no recognition coming as long as israel remained the occupier. He wasnt asked if it was his view that all of israel is occupied territory. I was hoping for that question. I wrote to someone else that the ascension of Hamas may provided an IRA for Israel to deal with. Hamas seems alot like the IRA to me while the PA and Fatah seems like the Mafia. Cant make a real deal with the mafia but perhaps over time you can with the arab IRA.

Actually, the ships might have more value with the original markings if they hijack the right ones. If it was already booked into port in a Jewish or Christian country. You have a good point.
