And I have to believe that some of our best legal minds HAVE already spent considerable time reviewing the legitimacy of surveillance under wartime conditions.

But unless there's activities that we're currently unaware of, it seems that the trying to impeach Bush for breaking a law that his legal counsels say permit him to undertake such activities seems a bit premature.

We'll see.

Best to put the issue in front of the top nine legal minds and settle the issue. Everything else is just opinion.
