The GOP has been cheating blacks for decades. In the last three elections the GOP deliberately stole the right to vote from over 225,000 blacks in Florida and Ohio alone. Blacks are not stupid. They know they are part of the democratic party. They know only sell-outs would go over to the GOP. Granted though, big salaries and top jobs are available for any black who wants to betray his/her people and go to the rightwing. Look at Condi Rice, the poorest and least qualified Security Advisor in our history. Didn't know anything about security. Never even mentioned the word terrorism until after 9-11.
