Hi Etch,

No doubt that is high - they represent the high end product.

In 99 Intel didn't make the first graphics chip.

They are aggressively working their way up the food channel.

I believe they'll apply their manufacturing expertise to the point where their product for free will equal or at least nullify the need to upgrade at a higher cost.

After all they have fabs and the graphic chip makers do not - so there is a margin out there to attack.

Intel will be predatory on this sector, and they'll continue to achieve market share - probably a good long term short -but then I;'ve said that about AMD for years as well.
