That is very interesting. If the guy at the top in China says it, you can bank on one of two things. It is a problem that government wishes it could solve, or it is a problem that he believes can be swept away with disinformation. China resembles the Wild West. There were people who moved West to take control of a town and get incredibly wealthy by using the town government to "legally" steal from others. Compare and contrast China with President Reagan. Didn't Ron say something like: "I'm with the Federal Government and I'm here to help you."? Message 22082092 China is growing and they will present many challenges for a long time into the future.
