If the sellers are angry and frustrated right now, with the market off just 5-10%, how will they feel when the prices will be 20% of the high ? or 40% ?

And how about condos in Florida that need to drop 50-70% to reach fair value.

I would expect a lot of anger not only at realtors, but at neighbors for "ruining the comps"

I think with house sales it could be worse than goog. At least one can sell goog instantly and anonymously.

With housing, price a home 10% below market and you might receive threats from your neighbors who will blame you for destroying the values, their retirement savings and their chance for another cash out.
