I guess it depends on your POV. I suppose that those who believe in God believe that everyone has a soul.

I did see an ad with a picture of Cheney side-by-side with Satan. The caption read, 'separated at birth?'

I'm not sure but I think even Satan has a soul, otherwise, what's there to torture for eternity?

I've long thought that Dumbya is a sociopath. He may have a soul but he has zero concern, empathy or sympathy for anything other than himself.
