He even suggested Quebecers vote Separatist in order that he could maintain power. The fact that people cannot recognize absolute phoniness and self serving rhetoric is beyond me. Martin knows that without Quebec he will lose the election.
How does having them vote Separatist help him if he must take Quebec?

Canadians must choose their own course without Americans telling them what to do. Reciprocity would be appreciated.
