That will help, BUT it wont solve the problem. IMHO the gas used by SUV's is overblown. Also, the hybrid thing is overblown. Frankly, if I had my wish I would REQUIRE all gasoline engines built and installed in America to be capable of burning bioconvertible or whatever they are called. jdn
