Mish, in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, not only

are we seeing a real estate slump, but the job

uncertainty situation is probably at its highest.

A typical comment from a friend : "I've shaved my

beard after 27 years so I'd look younger at job

interviews." This from a friend who's worked for

22 years at the company where I retired, and he's

beginning to see his job being outsourced.

If I'd ask around, there would be many, many more

in this area, like him, who are scared.....
