You knew what I was talking about. The point was that gratuitous attacks and mischaracterizations embarrass the perp. Now as to the missile defense system--who is developing your EKV? Does Lockheed Martin work with that? It is a complex interception system which involves calibration by star constellations. It is supposed to intercept the target over 100 miles above surface. I personally would like to see Canada contribute--as well as many other Nations (Israel, England, Australia, and India to name a few). It is a damn lot of money...
