He's been dead wrong on SIRI, whether viewed vs XMSR, or in general, since Stern was signed.

What, exactly, has he been "dead wrong" about since Stern was signed? Immediately after Stern was signed, the stock shot up to 8 or 9, at which time I was saying, "This is insane":

Since the day it peaked, just after Stern was signed, the stock has never been close to that level again save for a brief peak near 8 as the Stern hype peaked.

And now, it is fighting to hold onto 6, which I personally think it will not do, although I've learned never to second guess 900,000 Siriots.

Looking at the two stocks since Stern was hired:

It is clear that some people foolishly have expected that Stern will solve SIRI's problems.

Stern owns Sirius at this point. Lock, stock, and barrel. If that's the position you want to be in, go for it. It doesn't work for me.

We'll see where we are a year or two from now. Ultimately, that's what matters.
