There's no surprise that ted kennedy is on the "no fly" list... the reason is obvious, have you looked at his face? His face alone is three feet wide, the guy must weight a ton, any aircraft with him in it is automatically put on the "can't fly" list... GZ

I think the more interesting point (apart from any individual names that might be on 'the list') is that there are at least 30,000 people who have have asked that their names be removed from the list... but the public doesn't know HOW BIG the list is... and there is NO WAY (no procedure, no forum to hear complaints, no nothing) to appeal to get one's name off the list. It's a black hole. That AIN'T Democracy, and that ain't rule of law. It sounds much more like Totalitarianism, where the Autocrat doesn't have to ever explain his actions, and there is no appeal to the Courts.
