Jeff, per my prior post to you, I'm not disagreeing with you and we are basically saying the same thing as generalizations. My point was and still is that we don't know what the term "subject to SEC approval" means here.

I do agree that the company should explain it and that they must know of the speculation. However, it does not mean that there is a 504 and I think you agree. There really is no "SEC approval" for a 504. It does not mean that someone is lying. I'm not sure if you agree there or just assuming that someone is lying.

What I'm saying is that we don't know the truth. For that reason and others, I am not long. But I think it's unfair to go the next step and call someone a liar based on an assumption. To me, it seems that putting out those words means something. I think it would be rather stupid to put in those words and not be able to back it up. After all, they could have said the typical vague stuff like "subject to shareholder, regulatory, and other approvals" without using the "SEC" in the phrase. In essence, they put themselves on the line and they didn't have to do this.
