Next question: What would you say should be done if Iran surprisingly did indeed perform a nuclear test by March 22?

Those folks at the Foundation for Democracy tipped the UN to Natanz and Bushehr. That's credibility. Hard to ignore them after that, although admittedly they may be overdramatizing the March 20th date.
