Damn are we in agreement on more and more stuff.> It's going to be a tough call, as inflation could easily spiral completely out of control. Right now though, I feel the inflation boom/ flucht in die sachwerte trades are very crowded and leveraged, and that Bernanke may not come in right away with aggressive printing presses, as that would quickly establish him as a wild man. I could easily be wrong though. That will be enough to at least kill current silly security prices and credit spreads. Then we will have to see, not willing to predict a classic deflation out of that, without seeing the next chess move.
