Treasuries Lose Appeal for Foreign Central Banks as Sales Rise

Jan. 23 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Treasuries are losing their appeal to foreign central banks as the government borrows a record $171 billion to pay for rebuilding after Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma.
