One thing I am 100% sure of in 2006 is that WE CAN solve our energy problems. Technology is no longer the limiting factor. We don't need Mid East oil anymore. There have been so many technological developments in new energy schemes that are just waiting to be implemented on a larger scale. It's now just a matter of national will and the one thing that might actually force us to use new energy technologies is oil at $69/barrel and heading higher.
