FEMA = Bush. See what FEMA does when we need them. Next to nothing and overcharging us through the roof. This reflects how much Bush cares about Americans and our money. FEMA's corruption, inept callousness and complete lack of competence is outrageous. Now we find out they're over-paying by 400% for those tens of thousands of trailers they rented. What lobbyiost got his bribes into the Bushies on that one? It's a huge ripoff scheme, the whole Bush-Delay mentality. Zero morality.
