I seriously doubt that Bush will be president when it hits the fan. I am sure that whoever it is will end up paying for the mistakes of all of our leaders. I for one believe that this is not a democrat or republican problem. I suspect more than anything it is a voter problem. I think it was DeTocqueville who observed that democracies fail when the people discover they can raid the public till for their own benefit or words to that effect. Just a thought. Little joe
