The only thing I am doing is speculating just like you. I am speculating and continue to believe that PLNI is Selling shares to complete these deals one way or another. The problem I have is they claim publicly they are not. It is this dark cloud of secrecy and misleading us the share holders that has me so upset. I don't have a problem if they have to sell shares to acquire profitable companies. Just have to tell the truth! The problem I have is there lack of transparency and failure to file documentation to verify there actions... before the facts! warm regards, David
