No. It's not. You can look the other way no matter what bar you go in to. Under your scenario you are basically banned from the bar. Not clearer at all, imo.

Following your logic, if there are two bars and one has a smoking sign and the other a non-smoking sign, you can go into the non-smoking bar.

Question, does this mean that banning automobiles, fireplaces, halitosis, unbathed bodies, and public flatulance are next?.. ;0)
