Count on Arlen Specter to show SOME spine on issues that don't matter. Count on him to talk tough and do NOTHING on issues that do matter. This guy has power, in my opinion, because he knows how the Warren Commission operated and was part of it. Nobody wants to cross him, because he could "spill the beans", and a number of people (including CIA folk) would be less than happy about that. Namaste! Jim
