Having an understanding of technology of akin to 500 BC does not speak of being an idiot. It speaks of ignorance and how that ignorance makes it impossible to really have an informed opinion.

Your explanation of a tax refund in the context of my post shows a far broader ignorance than just technology.

A tax refund doesnt actually complicate the tax code for most people. They just get the check.

You get a check after proving that you qualify by supplying proper records and documentation. It is a complication.

If you didnt want to use a tax refund, you could just lower the statuatory rates by the amount any new taxes were raised.

A better solution. Not necessarily one I would support but a better idea.
