No kidding. I feel the same way. You know who your friends are when disaster strikes. And the fact is that the Muslims in the Middle East hate us. There are many things our government has done to make them hate us, but the fact is their hatred knows no bounds. They have proven that they will do the most despicable things imaginable to us. Whereas, we have been allies with the Israelies since 1948 and we have an ideological affinity with the Israelies. I really see no reason why we should be ashamed of our alliance. What we should be ashamed of is giving aid to the Palestinians who just turn around and use it for terrorism, instead of to better themselves.
