JF, You may have missed agribusiness, not exactly "mom-n-pop". Nor is the construction trade "mom-n-pop". Good point, but how is all of their work accounted for? The large agribusinesses and construction firms simply contract their work out, don't they? That gives them a legal CYA while the contractors themselves take the responsibility of hiring daylaborers, most of whom are probably illegal immigrants. Tenchusatsu
