>> How did you find out about this INTC buyer?

someone(s) bought all the 900m shares sold (traded) in the past 4 days. Aside from the gap down last Wednesday, there has not been any discontinuity in the price or volume. Which means selling shares is not difficult. And buyers are snapping up shares as they are offered. The price goes lower because a large seller is asking a lower price. But we know from Wednesday that 300 m shares were bought near $23/sh. So $23 is a price at which buyers are available and willing. The reason the stock price is not getting up there is because someone(s) is insisting on selling at 21.xx, instead of with-holding their shares until the price is higher.
