I said to Ray that I believe this is going to be the year where americans start really looking at alt energy solutions. I expect that within 10 years MANY homes will be built with solar systems as its easier to do on the build than retrofit. There are some compelling reasons between energy prices and tax breaks to start investing in solar units. Wind power is another area but thats better suited for other areas of the country. In our area you can hook right into the energy company's meter and sell your power to them which offsets your bill
