well, the US has been averaging 1500000 abortions a year with 80% performed on unmarried women. The statistic tells me it's being used as birth control... I'll settle for it being put to a vote of Americans and not 9 judges who say they see abortion in the constitution. If Texas bans abortion if used for birth control, go to California and get one. And don't come back... :)
