It's a lot more fun to see you duke it out with him.

Inflation has been a reality as long as I've been alive. But, it's not hard for me to imagine what deflation feels like because I haven't been able to raise my print prices since 1989.

I think you may still be having this debate next year.

This debate reminds me of the rail trail where I've done a lot of running and biking. When you are standing still you can't tell it is is up or down or completely flat. It is so flat that all my running and biking partners would argue whether certain portions were up hill or downhill. The only way you could tell that it went gradually up or down was by going all out on a bike, because only then could you measure the difference in top speeds you were able to maintain going one direction or the other. Mostly it gave us something to argue about on all those long runs.
