There is no debate needed about your specific point. Its a specific fact and as far as I can tell it is correct. But in isolation it is not very meaningful. If your whole point is to say that a lot more people die in the US from guns than in the UK, than fine I accept your point. If you truly mean to imply nothing or suggest nothing else beyond that than I guess you can say we are in agreement, but I don't think that is the case.
