That was a riot - Hope you send it to him. As you know, I'm no basher but there is a need to expose CEO's who lie.

Assstrom needs to know that he will never have a strong shareholder base to which he can dump shares unless he takes specific moves and likely he has to do it NOW. He needs to have all insiders, who have dumped to buy shares now, as well as the "promised" 400 million share buy in. Hey, I guess if he's satisfied with penny ante "dumps" at .0003, he'll always be a minor leaguer.

I hope there's someone out there with enough shares who cares enough to follow-up and report him to the SEC for lying or to even sue him. Again, I'm no basher but he clearly lied and misled and should understand what the terms of Reg 10(b)-5 are. I see so many professional bashers who post assumptions and call them lies. But this one seems to be an actual lie at least if what has been reported is accurate.

I've got a profit out already so it's no big deal for me, but the point is important. I do realize that you take everything with a grain of salt. But when a CEO says he's buying and the next day does selling instead, that's manipulation and possibly worse.
