J JP Morgan Alters Home Builder Ratings >LEN SPF TOL NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--J.P. Morgan upgraded home builders Lennar Corp. (LEN) and Standard Pacific Corp. (SPF) to neutral from underweight and downgraded peer Toll Brothers Inc. (TOL) to underweight from overweight. J.P. Morgan said it believes 2006 earnings guidance from both Lennar and Standard Pacific is conservative. The broker said, however, it believes order growth will turn negative at Toll Brothers, likely leading to below average earnings in 2006.
