virtually all of the tips "led to dead ends or innocent Americans." That's almost, but not quite, as alarming as the unconstitutional wiretapping. WHY are the billions and billions spent by all of these spooks returning so little? They couldn't stop 911, they can't find OBL et al, they can't stop the spread of AQ, they can't figure out what to do with the insurgency in Iraq or the jihadists in Iraq. They couldn't stop Spain or London...WHAT DO THEY ACCOMPLISH? What, in reality, do they do with all of those billions? It's frightening to think of tens of thousands of people with all of this equipment and money spying on us but failing to spy on those who really need to be watched. The curtain has been pulled back and the backstage is a MESS.
