It appears that I was mistaken when I stated that JK Acquisition Corp. had withdrawn its registration. The IPO for JK Acquisition, which filed its initial S-1 on May 24, 2005, is now tentatively scheduled for the week of March 27. The company, which was initially looking to raise $48 million, is now looking to raise $60 million through the sale of 10 million units at $6.00 per unit. Insiders of the company have agreed to purchase 333,334 of the units.
