No pretending about it. Its simple fact. You don't have to hold a cop or a fed hostage or shoot anyone. If they come to seize your property and you resist the seizure and then resist arrest you will face the possibility of deadly force being used against you. Deadly force would not be used as an assigned penalty for not paying taxes, but any attempt at enforcement has deadly force behind it, unless the enforcement attempt is so weak that it will back off at the slightest sign of resistance.
