OT: Gore/Warner vs McCain/whoever seems like a reasonable guess for 2008 right now. Polls show McCain is by far the most electable republican, perhaps the only electable one left, and I'm predicting that will lead the wingnuts to hold their noses and nominate him. Polls also show McCain would destroy Clinton, and most likely beat Kerry. Honestly I think Gore is the only democrat left with the weight to beat McCain.
