That is correct. One of my partners bought a DELL laptop for over 3k! It took him 6 months of phone calls and sending the thing back and forth to the factory to get it to work. LOL! he just bought a Toshiba. Gave up on DELL.

Sad part is that once the Dell started working he had to load so much anti virus crap it ended up running slower than his previous PC(Piece of Bill Gates Crap).
Meanwhile my Mac's continue to smoke along. -g- They badger me a lot for remaining a Mac user but it's just PC envy. -g-

HP has outsourced too. Actually to the same set of companies as Dell.
