"they will initiate force against you"

YOU initiated the force against your fellow citizens by breaking the law. Society hires people to safeguard their rights and to objectively deal with criminals. Enforcement of the rule of law in order to uphold Constitutional rights involves rules of conduct. "Deadly force" is a criminal activity except under the most specific and defined circumstances.

IF you are competent, then whether or not you oblige the Rule of Law is strictly voluntary. If you are of a criminal bent, then you may engage in criminal activity. But being a criminal does NOT mean that law enforcement is entitled to use deadly force against you. It is only when your criminality threatens life that deadly force is a legal option. Lesser threats justify lesser levels of force under the rule of law.
