Manny, I find it quite interesting that the Iranians are resorting to ancient bible passages as their justification for killing jews today, dont you? Thje book of Ester, Chap. 9, makes it very clear that this was under the protection of the King Cyrus, (spelled the modern way) and was a pre-emptive attack to prevent the further mass slaughter of jews which had been actively planned and underway. it should also be pointed out that the battles were not with persians, but dont tell the mullahs that. if it is for the children of Israel to be the one's to cleanse that region, tis wont be the first time, nor the last, it is all Solomon's fault anyway, he should have killed them all, rather than make treaties with them, and screw their daughters.
