The Constitutional agreement says it is illegal: it violates property rights among other things...

I certainly adhere to the agreement (which I never made, not being American--but addressing human rights on a larger scale).

Nothing in the Constitution asserts robbery as the Constitutional agreement. I've never agreed to have my interests represented by criminals trying to destroy my society.
