Are you sure you are speculating on SOH, or just wishing to sound speculative and hopeful?

You know if you are investing (out of some kind of certainty) -on inside information- you have to give all the money back that you made :)

SEC rules, since waaaaaayyy back.

That is one reason, although I have often possessed valuable information about companies, I always *knew nothing*. That and the information does you no good at all 98% of the time.
