Isn't it strange to see a (cash-rich) biotech company giving up like this? Have they run out of ideas (not typical for the sector) or do they consider that the market's price-tag is undefendable over time. After all they have a net cash position of about 300 mUSD. That should be enough for a fair number of clinical trials and a good number of yearly payouts for management and directors.
