Sergio,

I was sweet on IPSU many years ago after they came out of bankruptcy. Since then earnings have been erratic to say the least. I always liked the fact that they are almost a billion company with only 10M shares outstanding.

Sergio; [NWD] I put this in the folio on news they purchased another noodle manufacturing facility in another ptovince in China.this will allow more export capability abd tax benefits from the chinese authorities. paying for it out of existing funds, no dilution.
