The p/e's are about as depressed as you'll ever see.

That's when you want to short cyclicals. Watch how quickly the E goes down when problems start.

One thing that is encouraging for bears is a relatively low P/C on major homebuilders; short interest, however, sucks. Hard to disagree with you.
